a bad weekend

there is nothing about last weekend that makes it better or worse than others for me.
However I did have bad feeling all the time. I am not sure why but it is still the case.
The news from homeland is terrible. Nobody knows where it is heading. I am worried sometimes when I am not in touch with the family for few days and situation seems to deteriorate from bad to worse.
I went to see Zero dark thirty .. why do I mention this now !!.. It is because of the part - when they blew up the hotel in Islamabad and people don't know what to do-  ..they panic and run around without thinking .. just want an exit and many didn't make it .. i spent the rest of the movie thinking of how many people had to go through something like this in Syria ..Why should anybody do that to anybody else?
I am still feeling bad .It has been few days now ..How long it is going to last ?
It is a feeling that something bad is about to happen .
I didn't have this feeling earlier during the worst days of war in syria. I had it during the sickness of my sister.
I have to do something about  it .. It started affecting my life negatively
