Week 40-2014 20/9 Vienna

last 2 weeks were kind of full of events. few are not bad ..the most are irrelevant .

I did understand Lagrange principles as well as the simple math behind relativity theory .

that was during the trip to Vienna , Salzburg .

Sow Samih .. he is still an ignorant from Aleppo .. benefiting from the system in Austria .. good for him .. he is less of a Muslim now and has M-S. but he is still OK . 

Nicole and Carl were in Vienna . we went to Cafee Mozart . had some nice time and few photos.

The most impressive was meeting Xiang chen . a wonderful violinist and very funny man.

I remembered Micha talking about him 22 years ago . when we just met .. I didn't know if it was the same person. 

Sent a photo of him to Micha for confirmation .. sure enough it has him.

The next day I am telling him few stories about himself that nobody knew .. he was wondering where did I get the info from .. he was very surprised and had no Idea what to expect from me .. told him about the source of info .. that was the breaking point :).

We became friends . it is easy to make friendships with such people for me . 

This man has no difficult piece on violin .. he can do whatever you want and you don't . 

The most impressive violinist I sow .. and I have seen much. 

the rest of the trip was almost nothing . 

Kreisler competition is not impressive at all . but still managed to meet few of the people I knew from earlier competitions.

the young boy I met at my arrival to the concert hall was Robert .. he said he is from Serbia .. 

Novi sad , ? I said. He was surprised that somebody knew his home town.. more surprised to learn that one of the professors in the conservatory where he studies is a close friend to me .. Micha .. 

Micha was the one who was surprised when I sent him photos of Robert and Xiang .. he said: you always come up with least expected super surprises .. 

I was in Beethoven Platz in Vienna when I sow a Japanese young man taking photos. 

we talked and he is physicist .. took him to see the school where Schroedinger and Meitner studied and he  was very excited to see it. 

In Salzburg I met Olga .. she made it there .. as nice as ever. didn't make any impression . 

we went to the Schloss of Salzburg and was talking to her about the Japanese when he just showed up .. that was funny .. 

Meanwhile Jean-marie was in place in Paris . she is nice person , with whom I really don't want to have much to do .. typical american with ideas that don't fit in my mentality.

week 38 5/9/2014 Jean-Mari

Guest season is almost over ..I still have Jean-Mari while I'll be mostly in Austria.
Lynn was here last .. still nice teen . don't know if I enjoyed having her in Paris . but it was not bad at all .
I started relearning physics .. watching Suskind lectures . somehow I feel that I got the lgrangian pinned down. it is not that how to use is .. it is about if you feel it .. I cannot say yet that I got that figured out. but It makes me feel a bit better knowing what it is.
next week will be my first tourist week in my life.. will try to be a tourist but I  am mostly going to the competition.
I'll visit Salzburg .. I don't know if I'll see Olga there .. but I doubt it ..
Annette disappeared totally . I am half worried .. usually she disappears when everything is good around her and contact me when she is not OK .. however this time her non-responsive status  looks a bit different. Hope she is doing well.
The Indianapolis competition starts soon .. I'll be able to see some of it due to my work and trip to vienna where I'll see kreizler ..
