Paris was as expected .. arrival on time .. was very tired
11/23: paris .. competition time .
Bogdan played .. he was exceptional .. the improvement he did between Monreal in may and paris in november was a shock to me .. somehow I knew he should win ..One he saw me he was surprised (what the fuck) he said.. he was happy i guess .. Luna was there, her excitement was clear.
Luna is nice person.. I like her.
the next day (semifinal) Bohdan did very well .. it was clear to everybody that is he is one of the finalists , let alone the best finalist.. he was already expected to win the first prize
Well.. he did win the first prize .. no surprise .
11/26 Kaiserslautern:
Arrived late a bit .. Sophie arrive few minutes later .. was happy to see her after long time .
she was happy too.. we spend very nice time together ..talked to Eva.. all was excpetionally pleasent.
meeting Haya..
the thing I regret most is helping her getting out of Syria to Germany. this girl is very syrian and deserve nothing but to stay in Syria. naïve, simple, stupid, arrogant, unintelligent, uncivilized idiot and proud of it .
Just the opposite of her personality as kid. one of the worst people I helped in my life. what a disappointment.
she said she changed in Germany.. well.. she just changed the person she has sex with.. another low profile Syrian personality like the one she had earlier.. she will be depressed and eventually justify her life by having kids like any other Syrian (aka mammal) .
11/29 Munich and Coburg.
Pleasant few hours with Olga in Munich .. nothing new .. same nice person. she is doing OK.
and off to Coburg.
12/2 Reem and Issy.
we met in Lichtenfels .. had dinner and came together to Coburg.
Reem is still playing violin .. joined an Orchestra in Bayreuth.. joyful and motivated. we had violin session .. she has very good and mature personality.
nothing much happened.. I am practicing Navarra with Virgil .. we are going to play and record it sometimes soon. he will be fixing the violin that haya screwed up.
PS: niece and sister in law were in Coburg.. Now I am sure I was right not to have family..
12/20 Basel and Langenthal
Maria and her dad were pleasantly surprised to see me .. concert was good and my friends were so impressed. having photos with the star of the evening .. very nice time and off to langenthal .
Etienne and Nicola are always nice and pleasant .. we spend very nice time with them. nothing new .. just pleasant as always.
long drive back to Coburg .. we got drunk upon arrival.. etc...
12/23 Berlin
Driving was terrible.. weather-wise .. worst for driving. but we made it.
Saw Lamis, Grisha and Ziad. Grisha interduced me to bunch of very nice people .. we had dinner with Aoi and drinks with Dani, Misha, Tonia etc.. all super nice .. I had excellent time in Berlin.
12/26 Back to Paris.
nothing unusual.. train trip was long .. will never do that again. my train max time should be less than 5h.
It feels good being in Versailles.. my little place is very little .. but it is home.. I am good alone.
Contacted Diana and Luna. had good times with them. parents were happy to know.
1/6 Saint-Etienne:
sweet . souha, grisha, and the kids and grand kids .. and on the top Hadyl and her family.
I had great time.. good food , lovely company and much entertainment. it was short by full of emotions.
1/8 Paris.
Back "home" managed to see Amine.. Vincent didn't show up. we had good time anyway.
1/13 London:
Iyad was at the station .. later on we got together with Bassel. had dinner went to Mutter's concert (John Williams music).
the time in London was great .. Iyad did very nice life for him and his family. he is the ultimate fighter and he deserve the best.
next day we had dinner with Svetlana and her nice neighbor. interesting personality. very lovely.
the pleasure didn't stop , Nouran and Ali.. Bassel and Anya ..
got a bit worried about Bassel.. he is still syrian romantic guy.. I understand .. he had hardships for few years.. I don't agree with his giving up the struggle ..
on the way back to Versailles and work I had coffee with 2 German violinists from Bremen in St. pancreas station.
1/17 Paris again.
contacted Tonia.. we went for dinner .. fine personality and I guess a good violinist too. told me that I share BD date with her son and Oleg Krysa.
Haya . Aous and Hiba .. Haya kept her standards of laying, arrogance, bitchy victims attitude and selfishness. she is no more than a Syrian mammal. I really regret helping her getting out of Syria.. too late. she is there now. I hate what I did. She deserves punishment.
1/22 Osnabrueck.
10 years since last time I saw Dima.. much happened to her .. she has gone through extreme hardships. but she is still the joyful lovely person . her situations is better now.. I had excellent time with her. she even ordered my special coffee pot online.
1/27 Coburg.
the trip was terrible.. cancellation and strike .. took 8 hours instead of 5. reached bamberg and saw Yaser drebati briefly ..he arrived 21 min. late and I was already in bad mood .. Najdat picked me up ..
from there all was BAU.. work etc..
Finally we managed to get a video of Virgil and myself playing Navarra.. with a pianist named Andre.
2/19 Stuttgart.
Got to Waiblingen the night before the competition. nice apartment.
the next day went to the order selection and saw Ruslan. he was surprised to see me as much as Bohdan in Paris..
I had great time with him and few other candidates (Matthieu,Vilmos, Julian..). Ruslan got 2nd prize.
Paul revinius (the pianist) remembered Auditioning for Marina 1987 with his cellist brother Gustaf .. what are the odds.
2/23. Versailles.
4 days in Versailles before flying back to Montreal.. it ends here .. the flight back was OK.
