QE competition 2024

 Just came back from Brussels .. watched the first round of the competition and had great time with friends.

Arkady took care of the apartment reservation, cooking etc.. I only paid and had to translate sometimes.

Everybody (more or less) was surprised to see me there .. Bohdan, Ruslan, Dima , Gosha .. Pauline Elli and Songha etc.. spend some time with most of them .. Anna Lee was exceptionally surprised .. we didn't have enough time .. she is the only one who didn't pass fist round from the Montreal gang.

Unexpected host family of Bohdan .. Pierre Goldschmidt .. great personality and great career .. he knew Werner Heisenberg personally.
