Can religious person have moral values

The answer is NO. 

Religion is a set of believes about mysterious body named god. 

God has surveillance camera in the sky and sees what they do. If they don't do well .. he is going to burn them in hell. big fire .. and torture. If they do well.. he will put them in heaven.. that's a good place .. great place .. not much details but in short.. you get all you want. 

Well.. this way we cannot praise any religious person for doing good. he is not doing it because he wants to . 

We can however blame him for doing bad things (no matter what his god orders are). On the other hand .. let's take somebody who doesn't not believe in all that. 

Normally this people are of high moral values and when they do good things, they do them because they are good people. 

 Morally speaking we shouldn't consider any believer moralities , no matter how high they are. because he is afraid or greedy.. and both reasons cannot be root of any morals
